- Cancellation; Please read the course or subscription terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any of the subscription plans, as once you have purchased/subscribed, you cannot change or cancel your course/subscription plan. Once you purchase/subscribe and make the required payment for any online course/subscriptions, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund.
- Refunds: We generally do not offer any refund on any purchased course or subscription. Refunds will be provided only in case of technical issues or if we are not able to provide the class or lecture. The refund will be processed within 15 days of the request after deducting the transaction charge, if any.
